Good location very friendly staff

Typical Red Planet friendly staff, nice bed, terrific shower. Its right next to the mall

The room is clean and cozy. Wide bed with soft mattress and sheets made it more comfortable to rest.

Soap/shower gel dispenser was dysfunctional. They should have checked and fixed it prior occupancy.

Cleanliness

Not enough parking space.

Same building as Circa Resto. Next to SM. Walking distance to church.

Aircon on manual (not on auto). Busted light bulb in bathroom. Toilet seat out of place. TV needs repair (blurred top half of screen). Water cut-off in the morning (unable to bath and tooth brush before leaving).

The price was reasonable with the single beds offered. The front desk staff and bellboy were very accommodating. It was next to a huge shopping mall and grocery store. So food and water was very accessible!

The hot water was not available during our first few days. It was a nightmare!! They fixed it eventually after 4 days of stay. The rooms were very tiny for a family of 4.

Location and staff except the female receptionist.

The female staff gave me an ugly room at first. The door was very hard to open wide, AC was not cooling, the mirror and bedshits were looking too old. When room boy helped me with luggage he also found out that the door was too hard to open and asked the reception to change my room (thanks a lot to him) . At first the receptionist denied a vacant room but thanks to the room boy who helped me with my luggage insisted that i needed to be transferred. Finally I was transferred to a better room and I realized that the female receptionist gave me their ugly room knowing there were better vacant rooms. Maybe she was reserving the room for a better looking people sadly maybe she thought of me a low class person as I was looking too stressed from a very long trip overseas.

The usual. Linen was good, hot water, cool airconditioning. The bed was still comfy in view of the year and a half lull in my travel to this city. The restaurrant downstairs is closed but still offered the old menu and saved me from looking for another place for food.

The upkeep of the premises especially the lobby has deteriorated as far as liveliness is as compared to 2 years ago. The place and the rooms need some fresh paint. The hallways smell like somebody forgot to was something. It is a good thing the smell stayed there and not lingered in my room.

I like the cleanliness. Wifi is good. Location is very convenient, perfect for the purpose of my travel. Staff are friendly. Reasonable price.
